Norish announces that it was informed today of the purchase of 2,240 Ordinary
Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Norman Hatcliff, Managing Director of
Norish, at a price of 51 pence per share on 7 May 2008.

Following this purchase of shares, Norman Hatcliff is the beneficial owner of
12,240 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the Company's current issued share
capital.
