The Company announces that today it purchased 955,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 45 pence per
Ordinary Share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.



As a result of this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company
consists of 16,551,080 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 955,000 treasury
shares.
