RESULT OF AGM UPDATE

Further to its announcement of 30 April 2008, the Company announces that it has
been informed by its registrars that the original confirmation of poll results
given by the registrars to the Company following the AGM on 30 April 2008
contained an error as the votes cast by a valid proxy holder were omitted from
the total of the votes cast which were set out in its announcement of 30 April
2008. Following a recount by the registrars of the proxies and poll votes, which
have been independently verified against the original proxy forms, poll cards
and register of members, the revised number of votes cast on each resolution is
set out below:
