                      Correction: Change in Shareholdings                      

Copper Resources Corp would like to draw attention to the announcement released
this morning by Metorex Limited ("Metorex") that Metorex has acquired a
notifiable interest in a further 4,304,600 shares in the Company in exchange
for 5,268,830 new Metorex shares, increasing Metorex's effective holding to
43,187,992 shares in the Company, representing an effective interest of 50.3%.
