INTERIM DIVIDEND


It was announced that an Interim dividend of 0.60 pence less 26% Malaysian
income tax and a Special dividend of 0.60 pence less 26% Malaysian income tax
per 10 pence Ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ending 31 December
2008 was declared on the Ordinary shares, which is payable on 3 June 2008, to
shareholders registered at the close of business on 9 May 2008.  The ex-dividend
date is 7 May 2008.
