Further to the Company's announcement on 30 April 2008 pertaining to the Notice
of Ninety-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 20 June
2008, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the Listing Rules of the
UK Listing Authority, two copies of the Annual Report have been submitted to the
UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the UK
Listing Authority, Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary
Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
