Mission Capital is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of
Philip Goldenberg as a non-executive Director of the Company.
Philip Goldenberg, aged 62, was admitted a Solicitor in 1972. He was articled,
and an assistant Solicitor with, Linklaters, specialising in corporate finance
and employee share schemes. He moved to SJ Berwin in 1982, becoming a corporate
finance partner there from 1983 until 2004. He is now a consultant to Michael
Conn Goldsobel. Philip is a former non-executive director of the CBI, and is a
Trustee and Treasurer of the Royal Society of Arts. He is experienced in public
affairs, and an active Liberal Democrat.
