29 April 2008: Zyzygy Plc has today been advised by Billam AG that they have
sold 30,939,282 Zyzygy ordinary shares of 0.1p each at an average price of
0.28p. Following the transaction Billam AG holds 200,000,000 shares representing
20.17% of the Company's total voting rights. The Zyzygy directors understand
that the sale proceeds have been made available to support Zyzygy's two main
investee companies, MarineTrack Limited and NiceTech Limited.
