IBS OPENSystems plc, the software and services company focused on providing
solutions to Local Government and Social Housing, is pleased to announce that
all resolutions put to today's Annual General Meeting were duly passed.


It was also noted that the shares held by former Chief Executive and
Non-Executive Director Malcolm Carter were incorrectly stated as 345,235 at 31
December 2007 in the Annual Report. The correct shareholding at that date was
395,235.
