The Company received the following notifications:-

Notification 1

The Company received notification on 21 April 2008 from Schweco Nominees
Limited that it holds 2,372,942 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company
representing approximately 10.39 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.

The beneficial owners of the shares are set out below:-

Notification 2

The Company received notification on 21 April 2008 that on 18 April 2008 that
Ennismore Fund Management no longer held a disclosable interest in the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 22,825,327 ordinary shares of
10 pence each.
