                              Director Shareholding

The Company has been notified today that Mr Fenlon Dunphy, the chief financial
officer of the Company, has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each
('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 11.5p per share. Mr Dunphy's
shareholding in Zirax, following the acquisition today, totals 50,000 Ordinary
Shares (representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the ordinary issued share
capital of the Company).
