The Company was informed on 4 April 2008 that on 4 April 2008, Yin Ching Wong,
the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at AUS$ 0.04275 each. Mr. Yin Ching Wong now holds 9,821,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.49 per cent. of the issued share
capital and total voting rights.
