Share Transfer


The Company was today notified that on 4 April 2008, for personal tax planning
reasons, Lorna Moran, a director of the Company, transferred legal ownership of
3.9 million ordinary shares of 5p each from trusts of which she is the
beneficiary into her own name.


Mrs Moran's total beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 8,905,828,
representing 50.9 per cent of the Company's issued capital of 17,506,080
ordinary shares.
