in the offer document posted to 2waytraffic shareholders on 19 March 2008 by 2JS
Productions B.V., a wholly-owned group company of Sony Pictures Entertainment
Inc., were passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of 2waytraffic held
earlier today.
