Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces that on  2nd April 2008 Jonathan Mullins as part of the
rearrangement of his personal  pensions and shareholdings, sold the number of
On-line ordinary shares detailed in the table below to his own personal SIPPS.

Following the transactions, Mr Mullins remains beneficially interested in the
same number of On-line ordinary shares as before the transaction, the total
numbers of  which are given below.
