Application has been made to AIM for the additional listing of 1,019,252 common 
shares of no par value each in the Company ('Common Shares'). The Common Shares 
will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the 
existing issued Common Shares of the Company. The Common Shares are being issued 
pursuant to the acquisition agreement entered into among the Company, Fabrizio 
Colciago and Giuseppina Gallon dated January 31, 2008.

Admission of these Common Shares is expected to become effective on 1 April 2008.
