Director's Dealing



Godfrey Davis, CEO and Chairman of the Company, has today transferred 39,000
ordinary 5p shares ('Shares') into his Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP')
through an on market sale at 128.25p. This does not change Godfrey Davis's
beneficial ownership of 1,669,558 Shares, being 2.9% of the Company's current
issued share capital. The Shares are registered in the name of Teawood Nominees
Ltd 1,484,175 Shares, Godfrey Davis SIPP 165,383 Shares and Sally Davis 20,000
Shares.
