- The number of shares subscribed for and the number of shares to be admitted to
the Daily Official List has been  amended. Full amendment is shown below.

Zetex announces that in accordance with the terms of their letters of
appointment, varied to provide for the regular  quarterly subscription of Zetex
shares utilising the part or all of the net amount of their quarterly cash fees
(after  deduction of applicable income tax and national insurance deductions)for
services as non-executive directors of Zetex,  E P Airey, M Geh, Professor M J
Norton, R E Venter and B Waite subscribed for a total of 60,079 ordinary shares
of 5p in Zetex on 20 March 2008 at 39.25p each (being the closing middle market
price on the day of allotment).

Application will therefore be made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK
Listing Authority for 60,079 ordinary shares  of 5p each to be admitted to the
Daily Official List on 28 March 2008.
