                            Holding in the Company                             

The Company has been notified that Dr William Robb has today purchased 750,000
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.18p each; equivalent to
0.73 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Niche. Following this
purchase, Dr Robb holds 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equivalent to
4.86 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Niche. The shares are
registered in the name of Redmayne Nominees.
