                                   GENERAL MEETING


Molins announces that at the general meeting of the Company held today, the
ordinary resolution to approve the disposal agreement dated 28 February 2008,
which takes the form of a call option in favour of e-shelter facility services
GmbH to purchase the Company's Saunderton property for £17.5 million, as
announced on 29 February 2008, was duly passed. 

e-shelter has confirmed that following the passing of the resolution it formally
submitted the planning application in respect of the property to the local
planning authority.
