Application has been made to AIM for the block listing of 25,000 common shares 
of no par value each in the Company ('Common Shares'). The Common Shares will be 
issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing 
issued Common Shares of the Company. The Common Shares being listed are Common 
Shares that may be issued pursuant to the award of Common Shares to Directors in 
lieu of cash compensation for their annual fees.
