Consultancy-led approach secures another prestigious new contract
Prologic plc, the business solutions provider for fashion and lifestyle
retailers and distributors, today announces that it has entered into a contract
win with Bamford Limited ('Bamford') in relation to its rapidly growing
British luxury lifestyle brand.
Bamford has selected Prologic CIMS enterprise software to support both its
Bamford (women's) and Bamford & Sons (men's) divisions. The award followed an
extensive consultancy project during which Prologic was chosen as the supplier
best able to support Bamford's ambitious expansion plans.
The contract has an initial value of £500,000.
Commenting on the contract award, Matthew Driessen, Finance Director of Bamford,
said:
'As we continue to develop our brand and strengthen our position in the market,
we need an IT supplier that understands the fashion business and the challenges
we face; we simply do not have the time to educate a supplier about what we are
trying to do. From the very first meeting it was obvious that Prologic
understood us, and exactly what we are trying to achieve. Prologic have an
excellent record of supporting fast growing fashion businesses and can provide
us with the infrastructure we need for the business today that will scale up as
we continue to expand.'
Sam Jackson, Managing Director of Prologic, said:
'This contract win demonstrates again the success of our consultancy-led
approach. We are achieving real traction through this strategy as we continue to
consolidate our position as business systems supplier of choice to the fashion
and lifestyle sector.'
