                          Company Secretary Appointed

e- pay Asia Limited ('e-pay') is pleased to announce the appointment of 
Mr Robert Lees, as Company Secretary with effect from 7 March 2008.  
Mr Lees replaces Ms. Mijajleska who has resigned as the Company Secretary. 
The Board thanks 
her for her past service to the company.

Mr Lees is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in Australia. For the last 8 years he has provided Company
Secretarial services to a number of ASX listed entities and is currently company
secretary of 2 other ASX listed entities.

Mr. Lees holds a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS, and a Graduate Diploma in
Corporate Governance. He is an Australian citizen and resides in Sydney,
Australia.

Mr. Lees does not currently hold any shares in EPY.
