                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 5 March 2008 that, on 4 March 2008, Peter Strom, a
director of the Company, acquired 1,200 common shares ('Common Shares') in the
Company at a price of C$5.50 per Common Share. The Company was also notified on
5 March 2008 that, on 5 March 2008, Peter Strom acquired 17,315 Common Shares in
the Company at a price of C$5.64. As a result of these acquisitions, Peter Strom
has a resultant beneficial interest of 48,065 Common Shares, which represents
0.280 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
