                          Notification of Shareholding



Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 27 February 2008 of the following
shareholdings:

(1)  Garry Crystal has an interest in 8,968,416 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing approximately 8.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

(2)  Peter Elliot Rackind has an interest in 7,983,500 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing approximately 7.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 110,883,694 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
