               Caliber Global Investment Limited (the 'Company')

The Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ending September 30, 2007 will
be held at its registered office, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St. Peter Port,
Guernsey GY1 3BG on Thursday February 28, 2008 at 2 pm (London time).

Among the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting is a
resolution to renew the Board's general authority to make market purchases of
the Company's own shares.

Further details of these resolutions, and the other resolutions to be proposed
at the Annual General Meeting, are set out in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting which was mailed to all shareholders on January 29, 2008.
