The Financial Services Authority ('the FSA') temporarily suspends the securities
set out below from the Official List effective from 18/02/2008 7:30am following
yesterday's announcement by HM Government:

     Preference Shares;
     fully paid; (Registered)

Following the suspension of the securities set out above, the FSA also suspends
