                           £1.06m contract completion



China Eastsea Business Software Limited ('China Eastsea', or the 'Company'),
which provides information technology and business process outsourcing services,
announces that it has completed a software and hardware implementation project
for Yanghong Petrochemical worth RMB15m (c. £1.06m). This revenue will
contribute to the full year to 29 February 2008.



This project, implemented in the location of Tai Cang on the East Coast of
China, involved the Company installing all equipment and gauges for Yanghong
Petrochemical's port automation system, as well as changing its information
system database to enhance operational efficiencies and improve productivity
output.



Yanghong Petrochemical is one of China Eastsea's long-term key clients. It
provides crude oil storage and owns many crude oil storage facilities across
China. In the last financial year, the China Eastsea completed the
implementation of a similar project for Yanghong Petrochemical in Nantong,
valued at RMB16m (c. £1.14m).

Financials

For the year ended 28 February 2007 China Eastsea recorded revenues of £8.79m
(2006: £4.36m) and pre-tax profits of £2.23m (2006: £1.28m). Basic earnings per
share rose from 1.82p for the year ended February '06 to 3.35p.
