                      ('Seeing Machines' or the 'Company')

                    NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

The Company received advice on the 11th of February 2008 from Volvo
Technological Development that an off market transaction occurred on 21 December
2007 of 23,226,073 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.44% of the issued share
capital of the Company. These 23,226,073 Ordinary Shares, the entire holding of
Volvo Technological Development, were transferred to Volvo Technology Transfer
AB. Following the transfer Volvo Technology Transfer AB holds 39,226,073 shares,
representing 12.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
