Appointment of Local Adviser
London, 12 February 2008 - Nordic Land Limited ('Nordic Land' or 'the Company')
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Olle Arnoldsson as the Company's
new local advisor. Mr Arnoldsson will lead the development of the Company's
projects in Sweden and advise on future property acquisitions.
Mr Arnoldsson has over 35 years' property development experience within the
Swedish real estate market and across the rest of Europe and the Middle East.
During this time he has developed an extensive network of sector contacts and
currently works in direct partnership with a number of local-government bodies
in Sweden.
