                            Director's shareholding


i-design announces that it was today notified that on the same day Ana Stewart,
Chief Executive of the Company, bought 17,678 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
in the capital of the Company, ('Ordinary Shares') at 56 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Ana Stewart has an interest in 3,782,178 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 26.8 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
