Annual General Meeting ('AGM')



At today's Annual General Meeting, Carolyn Simons, Chairman, Slimma plc told
shareholders:

'Despite the continuing challenges and uncertainties regarding the difficulties
of the wider economy both at home and overseas, I am happy to report that
significant progress has been made by the Company in its stated aim of returning
the Company back into profit as soon as possible and we look forward to updating
shareholders at our interim reporting period for the half year ending 31 March
2008.

'We are also pleased to report the initial launch of our exciting new direct
trading internet venture www.splendour.com. The site is currently being tested
prior to its national launch programmed for April 2008.'
