                             Update on MarineTrack


On 21 December, the Company stated that it had delayed the marketing programme
in respect of the MarineTrack flotation until the new year and that the Company
looked forward to providing a further update in January.



Despite the current difficult market conditions, the Zyzygy directors are
working with the management of both of Zyzygy's main investee companies
MarineTrack Limited and NiceTech Limited towards the floatation of their
respective companies. We have identified several interesting opportunities to
help realise our strategy and we will inform the market as soon as one of these
opportunities materialises.
