and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006, the Company was informed on 28 January
2008 by GAM International Management Limited that it has an interest in
8,834,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 4.6% of the Company's
issued voting share capital.

The ordinary shares are held as follows:

6,217,000 ordinary shares are held by GAM UK Diversified Fund and 2,617,000
ordinary shares are held by GAM Exempt Trust - UK Opportunities.
