               Palmaris Capital Plc ('Palmaris' or the 'Company')

                              Notifiable Interest

Palmaris received notification on 24 January 2008 that MF Global UK Limited 
('MF') had an interest in 10,780,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the 
share capital of the Company, representing 6.91% of the issued share capital of 
the Company.

Palmaris subsequently received notification on 25 January 2008 that MF had an
interest in 7,440,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of
the Company, representing 4.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This represents the entire holding of MF in the share capital of the Company.
