                            Director Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 24 January 2008, Zhengling Gloria He, a
director of the Company, purchased a total 105,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').  These purchases were made up as
follows:

Following these purchases, Miss He has a total beneficial and non-beneficial
holding of 195,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 per cent. of the current
