                NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE APPLICABLE SUPPLEMENT

                               In respect of the:

Series 2005-18 EUR20,000,000 Secured Credit-Linked Floating Rate Notes due 2015
                       (ISIN: XS0227577094) (the 'Notes')



Pursuant to a Second Deed of Amendment dated 18 January 2008 entered into by,
inter alia, the Issuer, the Trustee, the Principal Paying Agent, and the Swap
Counterparty and further to a Written Resolution of the holders of the Notes
dated 18 January 2008 the Applicable Supplement of the Notes been has been
amended and the Maturity Date of the Notes has been extended to 20 March 2018.

A copy of the Second Deed of Amendment will be available for inspection by
holders of the Notes during usual business hours at the specified offices of the
Principal Paying Agent in London and the Paying Agent in Ireland and of the
Issuer.
