The  Company  has  been informed that on 21 January 2008, Zhengling Gloria He, a director  of  the
Company, purchased 90,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at
a  price  of  21 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Miss He has a total beneficial
and  non-beneficial holding of 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19 per cent of  the  current
issued share capital of the Company.
