                     Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
                                        
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment on the 31st December 2007 of
Catherine McEwan, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, taking up this
position on the 2nd January 2008.

Michael Kingshott Chairman said

Catherine will make a valuable contribution to the group team bringing
considerable property management skills and experience thereby enabling the
company to take full advantage of the current market conditions.

Expansion of the group with the recent development of the UBS Joint venture, and
the completion of the building works in respect of Teddington, Chiswick and
Beckenham Catherine expertise will enable us to further expand our Serviced
office portfolio
