COE Group, the developer and supplier of video surveillance systems, announces
that Stephen Allott, non-executive Chairman, has relinquished his
responsibilities and is today stepping down from the board. Dr. Alison Fielding,
currently non-executive director, replaces him as non-executive Chairman with
immediate effect.  Dr Fielding, CTO of IP Group plc, joined the board in 2006,
has extensive experience in growing technology companies and was at McKinsey for
five years.


Andrew Wallace, CEO, said 'Stephen has provided great support over 3 years,
first informally and then as chairman since 2006. The board thanks him for his
efforts.'
