Appointment of Nomad and Broker

The Directors of African Diamonds plc (the 'Company'), announce that Panmure
Gordon (UK) Limited will now act as Nomad  and broker to the Company, with
immediate effect.

Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited replaces Panmure Gordon (Broking) Limited in this
role after a group restructuring at  Panmure Gordon.
