EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that on 21 December 2007, following an exercise of
options, it has issued and allotted 19,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
The option prices were 33.0p for 10,000 shares and 48.5p for 9,000 shares.

The issued ordinary share capital of the Company is now 17,506,080.

Application will be made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on
the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as soon as practicable.
