Result of AGM and EGM
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 26 November 2007, ECPC
announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took
place earlier today, the resolutions proposed to facilitate a return of capital
to shareholders, comprising the re-registration of the Company under the Isle of
Man Companies Act 2006, the adoption of a new memorandum and articles of
association and the adoption of a capital return scheme to enable the proceeds
of the disposals approved at the EGM on 30 August 2007 to be returned to
shareholders by way of a capital distribution were duly passed.
The Company therefore confirms that it intends to make an initial return of
capital of EUR 0.94 per share to shareholders on or around 31 January 2008.
ECPC further announces that all the tabled resolutions were duly passed at its
AGM, held earlier today in the Isle of Man.
