Update on MarineTrack
At the Annual General Meeting of the company to be held later today, Duncan
Lipscombe, Chairman, will make the following statement:
'We stated on 17 October that we expected to complete the flotation of
MarineTrack by the end of this year. Whilst the flotation is at an advanced
stage, the arrival of the Christmas and New Year holiday period has made
completion of the flotation within that timescale very difficult. As a
consequence we have taken the advice of our professional advisors and have
deferred the marketing programme until the new year. We look forward to
providing a further update in January.'
