                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Board of Xpertise has today been informed that Mark Hatton, non Executive
Director, purchased 38,609 Ordinary Shares of 8p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 19
December 2007 at a price of 100 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Hatton is interested in 139,908 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 2.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
