NOTIFICATION OF SHAREHOLDING




Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 19 December 2007 that Emanuel Mond,
together with his pension scheme, had an interest in 5,630,000 ordinary shares
in the Company. This represents approximately 6.03 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.



The issued share capital of the company is 93,443,694 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
