The Company has been informed today that non-executive Director, Alexander Reid,
purchased on 18 December 2007 650,000 shares in the Company at 1.75p each.

Mr Reid now holds interests in 76,633,237 shares which represent 16.91% of the
total voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
