                              Directors' holdings

The Company has been informed today that non-executive Chairman, Maurice Dwek,
purchased on 17 December 2007 500,000 shares in the Company at 1.77p each.

Mr Dwek now holds interests in 50,319,467 shares (including the shares held
through his 51% interest in Arbury Inc.), which represent 11.22% of the total
voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been informed today that non-executive Director, Alexander
Reid, purchased on 17 December 2007 1,400,000 shares in the Company at 1.74p
each.

Mr Reid now holds interests in 75,983,237 shares which represent 16.92% of the
total voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
