                               NOTICE OF DIVIDEND





1.      INTERIM DIVIDEND


It was announced that an Interim dividend of 1.0 pence less 27% Malaysian income
tax and a Special dividend of 1.2 pence less 27% Malaysian income tax per 10
pence Ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2007
was declared on the Ordinary shares, which is payable on 15 January 2008, to
shareholders registered at the close of business on 28 December 2007.  The
ex-dividend date is 24 December 2007.


2.      PREFERENCE DIVIDEND


It was also announced that a preference dividend of 2.0 pence less 27% Malaysian
income tax on the 20% Cumulative Preference shares in respect of the financial
year ending 31 December 2007 was declared on the Preference shares, which is
payable on 31 December 2007, to Preference shareholders registered at the close
of business on 28 December 2007.  The ex-dividend date is 24 December 2007.
