                              Directors' holdings

The Company has been informed today that non-executive Chairman, Maurice Dwek,
purchased on 13 December 2007 750,000 shares in the Company at 1.75p each, and
on 14 December 2007 purchased 1,250,000 shares in the Company at 1.75p each.

Mr Dwek now holds interests in 49,819,467 shares (including the shares held
through his 51% interest in Arbury Inc.), which represent 11.11% of the total
voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has been informed today that non-executive Director, Alexander Reid,
purchased on 14 December 2007 750,000 shares in the Company at 1.7p each.

Mr Reid now holds interests in 74,583,237 shares which represent 16.60% of the
total voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
